Processing & Dispatch All orders are processed and dispatched the same day if placed before 7pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 7pm or on weekends/bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
UK Shipping Options
- Standard Delivery — estimated 2–3 working days
- Next Day Delivery — order by 2pm for next working day delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, courier services, or circumstances outside our control. During busy periods (e.g. Christmas), please allow extra time for delivery.
International Shipping We currently ship to the UK and selected international destinations. International delivery times and costs vary and will be shown at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
