Refund & Return Policy

Your Right to Cancel Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. Returning Items Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s). Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will cover return postage and offer a full refund or replacement at your choice.

Non-Returnable Items Sealed trading card products that have been opened cannot be returned unless faulty, as the value may be affected once opened.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them, as we aim to dispatch same day. After this window, we cannot guarantee cancellation before dispatch.
